Download & Install the Software

Step 1.

a. Click here to download CutePDF Writer.

b. Run the file from it's location, there is no need to Save the file.

c. Follow through with all of the default prompts, clicking on Next as needed.

d. After the installation is complete, a new webpage will display.   You can close this page.

Step 2.

a. Next, install PS2PDF Converter by clicking here.

b. Run the file from it's location, there is no need to Save the file.

c. Follow through with all of the default prompts, clicking on Next as needed.

Create PDFs Easily

DO NOT look for any application to run. Just print your document  using CutePDF Writer (the printer) to get PDF output.

1. Open your original document and select Print command in File menu of your application to bring up Print dialog box.

2. Then select CutePDF Writer as the Printer to print (DO NOT select "Print to file" option).

3. You will get a Save As dialog box prompted for saving created PDF file. 
   Select a folder to Save in and enter a File name, then click on Save.

4. Go to that folder to find your PDF file.

5. If you wish to e-mail the PDF file that you created, Right Click the PDF, click on "Send To" and "Mail Recipient".  Your message will send with your default e-mail program.

6. REMEMBER: Recipients of your file must have Adobe Reader to open the file.  This is a free download which they can download here.
